Jury dismissed in trial of two men accused of historic child abuse
THE TRIAL of two men accused of multiple sexual offences against two girls in the 1970s and 1980s has been halted.
The jury in the case of Mark Andrews (58), of Pinchfield Lane, Wickersley, and his friend Mark Ainsworth (55), of Fir Walk, Maltby, was dismissed at Sheffield Crown Court yesterday (Monday).
The case has been listed for a further hearing on March 20.
