Inquest over tragic mum Megan Borrows adjourned until summer

AN INQUEST into the death of a young mum in a traffic crash has been postponed until summer.

Megan Borrows (24, pictured), of Rawmarsh, died when the car she was a passenger in collided with parked cars last June.

The Assistant Doncaster Coroner, Mr Mark Beresford, mentioned the case at Doncaster Coroner’s Court this morning.

He adjourned the hearing until June 6, while awaiting further information from South Yorkshire Police.

The case has not yet been referred to the Crown Prosecution Service, the court heard.

Ms Borrows, a keen dancer with dreams of becoming a fitness instructor, was mum to two daughters, Rhia and Keira, who were aged five and one at the time.
