The Millers aren't allowed supporters in their own AESSEAL New York Stadium after being placed in the Tier-3 level of restrictions when the present coronavrius lockdown ends next Wednesday.

However, the Hornets will be in Tier 2, which means they can have 2,000 of their followers at Vicarage Road for the Championship clash a week on Tuesday.

The return of fans for the first time since March is a welcome development but the sporting integrity of the Championship and every other league will be affected by some clubs being allowed a crowd and others not.

Four-thousand fans are allowed in Tier-1 regions. However, there are no teams in those areas.
