Sister team Maltby Hornets, meanwhile, won 11 of their 14 matches in the Match Night Sheffield Summer League, earning a move up to Division Five as runners-up.

Two other Maltby Netball Club teams also had solid campaigns.

Maltby Stingers finished fourth in the The League Sheffield Summer League and Maltby Wasps fifth in the Match Night Sheffield League.

Hornets' Ginny Durdy and Stingers' Rebecca Cardwell won the Player of the Season award in their respective divisions.
