Homemade wood burner sparks Greasbrough fire
A LARGE allotment shed caught fire in Greasbrough on Saturday.
A crew from Rotherham fire station was called to Scrooby Street at 12.26am.
Upon arrival they used a main jet to extinguish the blaze, said a spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
"It is thought the fire had started through a homemade wood burner that had been used earlier," she added.
The crew left the scene at around 2am.
