Help out at Templeborough nature reserve
Centenary Riverside nature reserve

A VOLUNTEER work day at a Rotherham nature reserve will be held next month.

The event, at the Centenary Riverside site on Riverside Way in Templeborough, will take place on Monday, November 13, from 10am to 3pm.

Practical volunteer days at the reserve are held on the second Monday of every month.

Tasks include footpath improvements and habitat management.

Gloves, tools and refreshments are provided but those wishing to take part should wear suitable outdoor clothes and boots, and bring lunch and drinking water.

Volunteers – who can stay for an hour or the whole day – should meet at the entrance to the reserve on Riverside Way at 10am.
