A VW Golf was parked outside a property on Pitt Street, Kimberworth

POLICE believe a car may have been shot at in a “targeted attack”.

A Volkswagen Golf was parked outside a property on Pitt Street, Kimberworth, at around 11pm on Saturday when it was damaged.

A spokesman said the damage was “thought to have been caused by a potential firearm”.

Anyone with any information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 357 of March 26.
