Zalgai Ahmadi
A CHILD sex offender is today behind bars — 14 years after he was first arrested over the allegations.
Zalgai Ahmadi (45) was jailed for nine years and six months after being part of a gang of men who held a 14-year-old girl against her will at his Munsbrough flat.
He was today (Friday) found guilty of conspiracy to commit sexual assault and false imprisonment and jailed at Sheffield Crown Court.
The court heard Ahmadi, of no fixed address, conspired with Naeem Rafiq (34) and Masoued Malik (32) to sexually exploit the girl at his flat, imprisoned her and took it in turns to indecently assault her.
Rafiq and Malik were convicted following a trial last year for their role.
