Grassland fire in Thurcroft was arson
A FIRE on open grassland was started deliberately last night (Monday).
The incident on Laughton Road in Thurcroft saw a fire crew tackle the blaze for almost an hour after they were called out at 9.40pm.
A fire service spokeswoman said the blaze had been started “deliberately”.
