Garden waste and rubbish fires over the weekend

GARDEN waste was deliberately set alight in Eastwood in the early hours yesterday (Sunday).

Fire crews were called to Cottenham Road at about 12.20am.

Later, firefighters were called to a rubbish blaze on Cavendish Road at Ferham shortly before 7.50pm.
