Full marks for Thomas Rotherham maths minds
STUDENTS from a Rotherham college have picked up several top prizes in a national maths challenge.
Thomas Rotherham College students took part in The UK Mathematics Trust Maths Challenge which comprised of question papers designed to stimulate interest in maths.
Students from the colleged receive six gold, ten silver and 24 bronze awards, which are only awarded to the top 40 per cent of participants nationally.
More than 65,000 students took part in the challenge.
