A MOTORIST who used a stolen fuel card to pay for hundreds of pounds worth of fuel has been ordered to repay his ill-gotten gains.
Andrew Blaydes (29), of Moor Road, Rotherham, stole a fuelcard belonging to Dearneside Fabrications Ltd and used it to pay for fuel worth £456.
He admitted at Sheffield Magitsrates’ Court on July 5 to one charge of theft and six charges of fraud.
On one occasion, he bought fuel worth £166 using the stolen fuelcard.
Blaydes was fined £300 and made to pay £456 in compensation in £85 costs.
