Fridges set alight in Templeborough arson attack
RECYCLED fridges were deliberately set alight in an arson attack in Templeborough last night.
Fire crews from Rotherham, Parkway and Maltby stations were called out to Sheffield Road at 9.50pm and found a number of recycled fridges at industrial premises had been set alight, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
They left the scene at 11.20pm.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to a deliberate rubbish fire on West Bawtry Road, Moorgate, at 2.50am and left the scene at 3.05am, the spokesperson added.
