Four-storey expansion plan for Hellaby hotel
A HOTEL’S four-storey expansion will add nearly 30 guest rooms and create 11 jobs.
Restover Lodge, on Denby Way in Hellaby, will also add a gym, spa and event space after a planning application was approved by Rotherham Borough Council.
A spokesman for the firm said: “The extension will allow the business to grow and compete with a very competitive market and provide much-needed jobs for the area and add to the economic growth of the area.”
