Four men hunted over Mexborough takeaway assault
AN investigation is underway after a man was assaulted in a takeaway by four men.
Police were called to Chilli Express on Doncaster Road, Mexborough, just before 7pm last Wednesday (July 18).
It was reported that a group of around four men had followed the 26-year-old victim into the shop and assaulted him, said a police spokeswoman.
The man suffered non-serious injuries to his head and upper body.
