Four fire crews called to Goldthorpe flat blaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called the scene of a flat fire in Goldthorpe this morning.

Four crews went to Doncaster Road at 7am to find a building ablaze.

A fire service spokeswoman said the property was thought to be a flat above a shop.

Staff from Dearne, Edlington, Adwick and Doncaster fire stations all attended the scene and a crew was still there at 10am making the scene safe.
