By Antony Clay | 15/11/2017
POLICE made four arrests after disorder broke out at Saturday’s South Yorkshire derby between Rotherham United and Doncaster Rovers.
One person was arrested on suspicion of breaching a Section 35 dispersal order and the others were arrested for public order offences at the game at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium.
A police spokesman said three more people were ejected from the stadium for drinking and smoking in the stands.
Police also received a report of an assault which is believed to have taken place after the match, which finished 1-1 following a last minute Millers' equaliser by striker Kieffer Moore.
The spokeswoman was unable to confirm whether those arrested were men or women or whether they had been released from custody.
