Fireworks 'thrown at houses' in Brinsworth
POLICE carried out extra patrols after reports of fireworks being thrown at houses in Brinsworth last night.
Rotherham South Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Using fireworks in this manner is incredibly dangerous and can cause irreparable damage or harm.
“It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to buy fireworks. It is also an offence for an adult to purchase fireworks for someone under the age of 18.”
