Firefighters tackle blaze at house in Conisbrough

FIREFIGHTERS from Edlington, Rotherham and Dearne attended a house fire on Sunday night. 

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said a crew wearing breathing apparatus had been sent to the scene in Kearsley Lane, Conisbrough, at 8.05pm and one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire. 

The incident had been dealt with by 9.20pm, they added.
