FIREFIGHTERS rescued a man after a two-car collision on Gerard Road.
Crews from Maltby and Rotherham stations attended shortly before 7pm on Saturday.
They used a technique called tunnelling — where the driver’s seat is fully reclined and back seats are removed to create an escape route.
The injured man was removed using a long board and the incident was dealt with by 8.32pm.
