Firefighters called out to multiple fires in Rotherham overnight

FIRE crews were called out to three different incidents across Rotherham last night.

Firefighters from Rotherham were firstly called out to St Nicholas Road, Rawmarsh, at 8.25pm.

The crew dealt with an accidental fire involving old furniture which had spread to a shed. They left the scene at 8.50pm.

A Rotherham crew was then called out again to Bethel Road, Eastwood, at 3.35am to rubbish deliberately which had been set alight. They came away from the area at 4.15am.

At 3.40am today, Aston firefighters were dispatched to a deliberate rubbish fire on Mansfield Road, Aston, and were at the scene for 15 minutes.
