Firefighters called out after thugs set bin ablaze

FIREFIGHTERS were called out when a wheelie bin was set alight in Dinnington on Wednesday night.

Crews from Aston station attended Leicester Road shortly before midnight.

A fire service spokeswoman confirmed the cause was deliberate.

Less than an hour later, firefighters from Rotherham station attended a commercial bin on fire at Greasbrough.

The fire was at the Co-op on Munsbrough Rise and the cause is so far unknown.
