Fire crews free casualty after Parkgate collision

FIREFIGHTERS freed a trapped casualty after a three-vehicle crash last night.

The accident happened at 6pm on Mangham Road at Parkgate, according to a fire service spokeswoman.

“One person had to be extricated from a car and they were left in the care of the ambulance crew,” she said.

“Two crews from Rotherham station attended and they left the scene at 7pm."
