Extra police presence in Rotherham
EXTRA police officers will be on the streets of Rotherham today (Tuesday) to target issues which police say “affect our communities”.
Chief Supt Rob Odell said: “Officers are taking to the streets to bring an increased presence across the town and surrounding districts.
“There will be a number of crime prevention stalls and officers will be available to speak to residents and communities about the issues that affect you.
“If you do see an officer on patrol, or spot one of our crime prevention stalls, please come along and say hello.”
