Police have released the e-fit after a man entered the Salvation Army on Laughton Road, Dinnington, at around 3.30pm last Monday, threatened staff members and demanded cash from the till.

A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said: “The man was carrying a knife but no-one was injured and he left, on a child’s scooter, with a small amount of cash, heading in the direction of Leopold Street.”

Cops are asking anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to contact them on 101 quoting incident 524 of October 8.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
