Drugs and cash found after stop and search in Mexborough

Doncaster's Fortify Team stopped a 31-year-old on Main Street last Wednesday (November 13) under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

A black bag containing wraps of suspected Class A drugs and around £300 in cash was also seized. 

The man has since been interviewed and released under investigation as enquiries continue, a police spokeswoman said.
