Driver suspected of being under the influence after Maltby crash
A DRIVER has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drink or drugs after a single-vehicle collision this morning (Monday).
Police received a call at around 4am about a car that had left the road and crashed into a field on Blyth Road, Maltby.
“No other vehicles were involved,” said a police spokeswoman. “One man was detained on suspicion of being under the influence of drink or drugs.”
No-one was injured.
