Driver (48) taken to hospital after two-car crash
A 48-YEAR-old man has been taken to hospital after being cut free from his car this morning (Wednesday).
The man was driving a blue Toyota Yaris when it was in collision with a black Vauxhall Meriva at around 7.38am, said a South Yorkshire Police spokesman.
The collision occurred on Firsby Lane, Conisbrough, and road closures around the area were in place for around an hour.
The 48-year-old had to be cut free from car by firefighters and was taken to hospital, added the spokesman.
No further details about his condition were given.
