Driver (42) killed in Ravenfield smash
A DRIVER died after his car crashed into a wall in Ravenfield.
The 42-year-old man, who has not yet been named, was driving a Mitsubishi Evolution down Hollings Lane when it crashed at around 4pm yesterday (Tuesday).
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene, near the Quarry Garage. His family have been informed, a police spokeswoman said.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to call them on 101, quoting incident number 698 of December 13.
