The Canklow roundabout was shut an hour ago after being flooded and buses are being diverted from St Ann’s Road at St Ann’s was closed due a raised manhole cover caused by hours of torrential rain.

Other roads closed or affected include:

  • Glasshouse Road, Kilnhurst.
  • Nursery Lane, Sprotbrough.
  • Station Road and Pastures Road, Conisbrough.
  • Melton Mill Lane and Hollow Gate Lane, Denaby.
  • A630 Centenary Way Rotherham, both ways at A631 Bawtry Road
  • A630 South Yorkshire to A630 Centenary Way in Rotherham—closed and queueing traffic in both directions at Canklow Roundabout, because of flooding.
