Discarded cigarette sparks Thurcroft fire

Firefighters were called to Aymer Drive at 10.10pm and spent 45 minutes at the scene.

A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The cause of the fire was accidental and it is believed to be from a discarded cigarette.”
