Digger fire at Wath

FIRE crews were called to a digger on fire in Wath last night (Wednesday).

They were at Station Road for about 40 minutes from 9.30pm.

The blaze was recorded as accidental by South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.

Later, firefighters attended a deliberate rubbish fire on Cross Street in Thrybergh, leaving the scene at 11.25pm.
