DENABY: Have your say on youth centre plans

YOUNG people and residents are being invited to have their say on plans to build a world-class youth centre in Denaby.

As part of Doncaster Council's £5million myplace project, a national programme to create inspiring and innovative places for young people, initial designs and layouts have been created and are available for people to see and comment on.

A consultation event will take place at Denaby Opportunity Centre tomorrow between 9am and 1pm.

At the consultation event, members of the project team will be on hand to answer questions and talk through the detail.

Young people have been involved throughout the design process helping to create an appropriate look and feel to the buildings and deciding on the types of education, sports, play and social facilities they want in their youth centres.
