Deliberate rubbish fire in Wath park

A DELIBERATE rubbish fire damaged a seating area in Wath.

Firefighters from Dearne station made the short trip to Station Road shortly before 4pm yesterday (Monday).

The blaze was in a seating area near the skatepark. A fire service spokeswoman confirmed it had been started deliberately.
