Deliberate fire on grassland beside Rotherham Crematorium
A GRASSLAND fire beside Rotherham Crematorium was started deliberately yesterday evening (Tuesday).
Firefighters from Stocksbridge station attended Ridgeway in East Herringthorpe shortly after 8pm.
The incident was on wasteland adjoining the cemetery but firefighters needed to access the grounds to put out the flames.
