Deliberate fire at Thurnscoe pub

A FIRE was deliberately started at a pub in Thurnscoe last night.

Three crews from Dearne, Adwick, and Cudworth stations attended the blaze at the Butcher's Arms on High Street at 9.35pm.

Crews left the scene at 11.30pm and the cause of the fire is believed to have been deliberate, a spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
