Crews attend one crash and one fire

FIREFIGHTERS attended a crash in East Dene last night.

A crew from Rotherham station was called to the one-vehicle incident Cranworth Road, East Dene, just before 7.15pm.

One casualty was treated by paramedics and firefighters left the scene around 15 minutes later.

Staff were also called to a deliberate fire at Biscay Way, Wath-upon-Dearne, at around 7.40pm.

There they found a tree alight, leaving the scene around ten minutes later.
