Covid-positive deaths and inpatient numbers continue to fall
DEATHS of Covid-positive deaths and inpatient numbers have both continued to fall at Rotherham Hospital in the last week.
As of this morning, inpatient numbers among those testing positive for Covid-19 dropped to 17 — down from 28 last week — with one person in critical care.
Deaths at the hospital among patients who had tested positive for Covid-19 over the past week also fell, from two to one.
Overall, 4,691 inpatients at the hospital have returned a positive test for the virus since the start of the pandemic.
