Rotherham United chairman, Tony Stewart said: "We feel privileged to be providing a venue for the DoHSC to carry out important testing on essential workers from Rotherham and beyond.
"We are delighted to be helping to facilitate tests for those people who put themselves at risk everyday to provide a number of services that we would struggle to cope without.
"The club has been active in the community in a whole host of different ways since the early stages of the Covid-19 outbreak and we saw this as another opportunity to be able to offer our support during the pandemic."
