COURTEENERS have announced they will be in the region this month for a warm up gig ahead of their biggest headline show to date.
The Manchester indie rockers will be at the Sheffield O2 Academy on Wednesday, May 24 and fan pre-sale tickets went on sale this morning (Thursday).
General tickets go on sale on Saturday (May 6) at 10am, priced at £27.50.
The date is just one of two recently announced warm up shows by the four-piece, with the other at Halifax Victoria Theatre the day before, and London-based duo Ten Fe will be the support.
The intimate shows are ahead of their sold-out date at Manchester's Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground on May 27 alongside The Charlatans, Blossoms and Cabbage.
All 50,000 tickets for the outdoor Manchester show sold-out within three months.
Modern Love, the latest single from the band’s acclaimed fifth album Mapping the Rendezvous is out now.
