Cooker fire in Wingfield
THREE crews tackled a cooker fire at a home in Wingfield in the early hours of this morning.
Firefighters from Rotherham, Dearne and Elm Lane stations were called to a kitchen fire on Wilcox Green at 1am today (Monday), a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said.
Crews left the scene at 1.30am.
