Community centre set to re-open after negative Covid test
A COMMUNITY centre in Brinsworth which closed after an individual tested positive for Covid-19 is set to re-open after a second test came back negative.
The Centre on Brinsworth Lane had to shut its doors on Wednesday when staff were notified that someone had tested positive for Covid-19.
In a statement on its Facebook page today (Friday), The Centre said it had received notification that the person who had tested positive for Covid-19 had had a second test that had returned as negative.
"All Centre staff have been tested and in each case the results have been negative," said the statement.
"We can now work to reopen the centre as soon as possible.
"Thank you for your patience."
