“Once again, I am calling on the Clipper Club gang to design the Christmas card that the winner can send out to all their friends over the festive period.

“You can draw anything you want – reindeer, snowmen, mince pies, Santa, a manger, the Three Wise Men, elves – the list is endless.

“You can even write a festive message on the front, it’s completely up to you.

“I might even feature some entries on the Clipper page over the next two weeks.

“Then, on Thursday, November 26 the winner will be chosen by Rotherham Advertiser editor, Andrew Mosley.

“The winner’s drawing will be used on the front of the Advertiser’s Christmas card and 50 will be printed and given to the lucky winner.

“This is a very exciting opportunity for you to see your drawing transformed into a beautiful Christmas card that you can keep forever.

“Previous winners are Simon Oakton, Honey Chappell, Lucy Wadsworth, Tegan Myers, Kaiden Barton and Cole Barton (pictured).

“So what are you waiting for, start getting creative now.

“Post your Christmas card designs to Captain Jack, Rotherham Advertiser, 2a Upper Millgate, Rotherham, S60 1PF.

“You can also submit your designs by email to [email protected]

“The closing date for entries is Thursday, November 26 at noon.”
