Chip pan fire at Wombwell
FIREFIGHTERS cleared smoke from a home after a chip pan fire on Friday night.
Crews attended Townlands Close in Wombwell at about 10.40pm.
The accidental fire was out on arrival but firefighters helped clear smoke from the property.
Meanwhile, rubbish was deliberately set alight on School Lane in Thurnscoe at about 8.30pm on Sunday.
