A SCHOOLGIRL was held at a flat against her will and made to perform sex acts on five men, a court heard.
The then 14-year-old girl told police in October 2003 she was sexually abused by a gang of men in an interview played to jurors at Sheffield Crown Court.
The girl first went to police in April 2003 when she was 13 and reported she had been repeatedly raped by Sageer Hussain (30) who was then aged 17.
In the October interview the girl, now aged 27, said defendants Masoued Malik (32) and Naeem Rafiq (33) took her to a flat on three occasions and made her engage in sexual activity.
Malik and Rafiq are on trial along with six other men at Sheffield Crown Court charged with child sexual exploitation offences against the girl.
The girl said she did not know where the flat was but on the first occasion she was given some alcohol and cannabis and had consensual sex with Massi — who the prosecution say is Malik.
She described him as “nice”, “kind” and “a friend to her who never raised his voice”. The girl said he knew she was 14 and he told her he was 19.
On the second occasion, she said, the pair took her to the flat where Nemy — who the prosecution say is Rafiq — had sex with her.
“Nemy is easy to get on with, but has a short temper,” the girl told police in the interview.
She added: “Nemy knew I was 14 because I told him when I was in the bedroom when I was having sex with him.”
On the third occasion, the girl said, Nemy told her to wait in the bedroom because he wanted to speak to her in private.
But instead, an unknown man came through and told her she had to perform a sex act on him because Nemy said she had to do it.
The girl said two other men followed, one who she thought was in his mid 20s, after she performed a sex act on him she tried to get out but the door handle was being held on the other side.
“I was shouting to Nemy to let me out,” she said.
The girl told police she had been forced to perform sex acts on five men that night and felt “upset like she wanted to cry and just wanted to go home”.
After the incident, she said, Nemy called her frequently and saw her once at a bus station and asked if she was wearing her school uniform.
“I told him: ‘No because I hadn’t been in school’ and he said: ‘Next time I’d like you to wear it for us’, I said ‘Why?’ and he said: ‘We just like schoolgirls’.”
The girl added Nemy told her he was 19-years-old but “would change his age all the time”.
All of the defendants deny all the charges against them.
The trial continues.
