Charity boxes stolen from Rotherham town centre shop

CALLOUS thieves have stolen two cancer charity boxes from a town centre shop after smashing their way in.

Burglars broke into Wilko on Corporation Street at around 10pm on Sunday, October 15, after smashing a window.

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Two charity boxes containing cash were stolen along with Cancer Research trolley tokens and Cancer Research blue rubber wristbands."
