Charity asks supporters to spin for cash

SAFE@LAST is calling for people to take part in The BIG Spin on February 28 when gyms across Rotherham will take part in sponsored spinning classes—intense bike workouts.

Event co-ordinator Claire Saddington said “The BIG Spin is a brilliant opportunity for people who are maybe struggling with their new year’s resolutions to get the boost they need while supporting an excellent cause at the same time.  

“Our services are available to young people across South Yorkshire so it’s brilliant to have an event that’s spread across the region.”

Gyms in Rotherham taking part include Oasis Health Club in Kimberworth, Body Scene in Hellaby, Energie Fitness Club at Parkgate, Dearne Valley Leisure Centre, Mexborough and Alba Fitness, Dinnington.

SAFE@LAST is a registered charity that works in South Yorkshire with children and young people who are at risk through running away from home.
