Chaos as lorry rams bridge
A LORRY caused traffic delays earlier today when it became jammed under a railway bridge at Aldwarke.
The seven-tonne Palletways vehicle blocked the Dalton-bound carriageway of Aldwarke Lane for two-and-a-half hours.
Its driver misjudged the height shortly after 9am and police officers attended as the traffic began backing up.
