POLICE searching for pensioner Barry Jones who has been missing from his home since Tuesday have released CCTV stills as concerns grow for his welfare.
Mr Jones (77), of Aston, is shown on CCTV getting on the X5 bus in Sheffield towards Dinnington at around 12.50pm on Tuesday.
Police said officers believed he got on the X5 bus service in Aston at 11.05am, towards Sheffield.
They then believe he boarded the 120 bus to Fulwood at 12.12pm.
CCTV footage taken from Sheffield City Centre bus station 50 minutes later shows Mr Jones getting on the X5 bus towards Dinnington.
Ten minutes after taking the X5, Mr Jones is believed to have got off at the Woodhouse Mill stop.
This is the last known sighting of Barry, and officers urged anyone who was any of the buses to contact them.
Mr Jones was wearing blue jeans, a thermal vest and a green coat with a leather collar.
He is described as being around 5ft 8ins tall, of a slim build, with a shaved head.
