CCTV released after van theft at Wath

POLICE have released CCTV as part of an appeal for information about the theft of a van containing valuable tools.

The white Transit — registration LF16 JWW — was stolen from Newhill Road at about 5.30am on August 27.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “It is believed that the suspects arrived at the scene in a while Ford Fiesta.

“Officers have released CCTV footage of the theft and are urging anyone with information to get in touch.”
